As Cremorne Place moves closer to completion, the building’s distinctive roof gables are now taking shape.

The tri-gables serve as Architectus’ considered response to Cremorne’s industrial past—reinterpreted to create a contemporary workplace that feels both grounded and striking on the skyline.

The space will further cement Cremorne’s reputation as a destination for leading tech and innovation businesses, blending character, flexibility, and amenity in the heart of one of Melbourne’s most progressive commercial precincts.

The finish line is clearly in sight.

With base building completion just months away, our major tenant Easygo is gearing up to commence fitout works on their new office headquarters.
