Today it was announced in the The Australian Financial Review that the Florin Hotel at 499 Kent Street is officially being offered for sale — marking an exciting milestone for a project we’re proud to be involved in delivering along with our partners Icon Oceania.
Transforming the former Universal Pictures headquarters into a 228-room luxury lifestyle hotel, Florin will bring together heritage, architecture, hospitality and art in one of Sydney CBD’s most tightly held locations.
